This means that your order will be dispatched as soon as the products are finished production. While we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, please understand that shipping time may vary depending on the specific product you have ordered. Some items may be ready for dispatch sooner than others, and we appreciate your patience during this process.

Estimated Shipping - Early February : You will receive a dispatch email once you order has been fulfilled and shipped.  

Returns? 

Each item is custom made with great care and attention to detail. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, such as defects or damages, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
